What are the ideal water conditions?

Does well in a tank with plenty of hiding places and plants, it browses on the underside of leaves. Ideal conditions are soft and slightly acidic water.

What do you feed them?

Best to feed a variety of foods. Feed a varied diet of frozen, freeze dried,algae and live food.

How compatible is it with other fish?

This is an active semi-aggressive fish and an attractive addition to a boisterous community tank.

How do you breed them?

There are no reports of any captive breeding.
