Black Seahorse SPECIAL OFFER!
Hippocampus Kuda

What is the maximum size?
They can reach 25cm.

Where does it come from?
The Seahorses are from the Indian Ocean and the Central Pacific.

Is it Reef Compatible?
Yes they will not eat any corals but they could damage them by clinging onto them with their tails. They are also susceptible to being stung by corals.

What should I feed it?
Ideally some live food to begin with while they settle into the tank and then a varied diet of live and frozen foods. Feed regularly.

How many can I keep?
Can be kept in groups.

How compatible is it with other fish?
A peaceful fish best kept in a tank with fish of similar temperament or a species only tank. Do not keep with fast feeders that will stop the seahorse from acquiring enough food. Make sure there are structures for them to cling onto with their tails.

Can it be bred in the aquarium?
Yes.
