The female is smaller; the male can reach 10cm.

Where is its origin and where is it exported from?
The Coral Beauty Angelfish is from the Indo-Pacific. It is mostly imported from Indonesia and the Philippines.

Is it Reef Compatible?
It is unlikely to nip at corals or invertebrates.

What should I feed it?
Feed a varied diet of live food, frozen foods, algae and flake food. Does best with live rock to graze on.

How many can I keep?
Best kept on its own or in pairs.

How compatible is it with other fish?
This fish is peaceful and is generally only aggressive to similar species and its own kind. Can be bullied by larger tank mates so introduce as one of the first fish to the aquarium.

Can it be bred in the aquarium?
Yes this fish can be captive bred.
