The female is smaller 8cm; the male can reach 10cm.

Where is its origin and where is it exported from?
The Golden Angelfish is from Indonesia, Samoa and the Great Barrier Reef.

Is it Reef Compatible?
Generally safe but can nip at sponges and tunicates.

What should I feed it?
Can be difficult to feed, offer live foods to get it feeding, frozen foods and plenty of algae. Keep in a mature tank with live rock.

How many can I keep?
Best kept on its own or in pairs.

How compatible is it with other fish?
A peaceful fish, do not keep with aggressive tank mates. If kept with boisterous fish it will hide.
