The female is smaller; the male can reach 28cm.
Where is its origin and where is it exported from?
The Scribbled Angelfish is from Northern Australia and Indonesia.
Is it Reef Compatible?
No. Should be fine to house with large ornamental shrimp.
What should I feed it?
Feed a varied diet of live food, frozen foods, flake food and plenty of algae. Does best with live rock to graze on.
How many can I keep?
Best kept on its own.
How compatible is it with other fish?
Do not introduce a juvenile into a tank with aggressive species, they are shy and take time to settle. An adult can be fairly boisterous so best not to keep with timid species.
Can it be bred in the aquarium?
No.
