Fish Orders- Next day orders must to be in by 2pm (Orders after 2pm cannot be delivered for the next day)

Unfortunately we cannot deliver live stock to Northern Ireland

Deliveries in England and Wales (delivery before 1pm)

• The standard cost is £14.95 for any orders under £100
• For orders over £100 it is free

 If you require a timed delivery the costs are as follows:

 For orders under £100:

• Before 9am- £24.60
• Before 10am- £22.10

For orders over £100:

• Before 9am- £9.65
• Before 10am- £7.15

Saturday Deliveries- England and Wales (Before 1pm)

• Standard Cost- £27.75

• For orders over £50- £19.95

• For orders over £100- £17

Scotland Deliveries (Before 5pm)

For Scotland Lowlands the delivery cost is the same as England and Wales but may not arrive until 5 pm.

For Scotland Highlands (and the Isle of Wight) the prices are as follows:

• For orders under £100- £20.95
• For orders over £100- £6

We have a calendar system on checkout so you can choose your delivery day. All orders placed by 2pm can be dispatched for delivery the next day. Our fish are placed in plastic bags with water and oxygen. The fish are then put in a polystyrene box with a heat pack if necessary and then into a cardboard box. This should ensure minimal heat fluctuations and keep the fish safe.

Due to the packing costs involved we have a minimum order of £20 on livestock orders (Excluding delivery)

They will then be shipped on our overnight service. You must be available to receive and sign for the fish to receive our arrive alive and 5 day guarantees. Please then read our acclimatizing guide on the best way to settle your new fish in. If there are any problems with your delivery please call us. There are sometimes delays out of our control due to weather, traffic and accidents, please call us if your delivery is late, we do still need you to be available for the delivery due to it being livestock.

Remember to choose your fish carefully after reading our guides as we cannot take any returns on livestock.

Dry Goods

There is no extra delivery charge for dry goods/pet products ordered with fish, you will just be charged the livestock delivery charge as above.

We now offer two more delivery options for dry goods ordered without fish.

For orders of just fish/pet food, we offer a £4 postage charge. (Only available for England and Wales).

For other dry goods the postage is £8 for England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands and £15 for Scottish Highlands.
