The small print, in plain words
- Do I need an account?
- You collect points on every order, as a guest too. To spend them, sign in with the email address you ordered with, or make an account with it and they are all there.
- What can I spend them on?
- Anything in the shop, delivery included. Points can pay for a whole order.
- What does not earn points?
- Delivery charges, and gift vouchers when they are bought. A voucher earns its points when it is spent.
- What if something is refunded?
- The points for the refunded part come back off your balance. If an order is cancelled, any points you spent on it come straight back to you.
- Do they run out?
- Only if you have not earned or spent any for 12 months. Any order starts the clock again.
