Questions people ask
- Can I put fish in it?
- No. Live fish travel overnight on a day you choose, so they are always ordered on their own. Your subscription comes by parcel whenever it is due.
- What does it cost?
- The shop price on the day each delivery goes out, with free delivery every time. Sale prices count too.
- What if something is out of stock?
- We send what we have and leave the rest for next time, and the email for that delivery says so. Nothing that is not sent is charged.
- Do deliveries earn Aqua Points?
- Yes, every one, the same as any other order.
- How do I stop it?
- Pause or cancel from your account whenever you like. No notice, no phone call.
