About this fish
E-Voucher- Your gift voucher will be emailed to you
When ordering please select 'voucher delivery' to ensure you are not charged postage. Select the next available day and the voucher will be emailed across to you. Please add any message required in the customer comments box on the payment page
If it does not arrive alive, you do not pay for it.
Photograph the bag unopened, send it to us within four hours of delivery, and we will put it right with a refund or a replacement.* The health guarantee then covers you for a further ten days once it is in your tank.
*Whether we refund or replace is our decision and depends on the fish and its cost. A replacement may travel with a future order rather than straight away.
